Many users can only lower the temperature of the equipment to around minus 35 degrees Celsius when using low temperatures and temperature baths, while the temperature of the equipment can only drop to around minus 60 degrees Celsius when using low temperatures and temperature baths at minus 80 degrees Celsius.
So why is this?
Being too close to the wall affects heat dissipation. A suitable distance should be maintained between the low-temperature constant temperature bath and the wall, as there is not enough ventilation space for the flow, the air cannot circulate normally, and the temperature cannot dissipate, naturally resulting in poor cooling.
2、 The cooler of the low-temperature constant temperature bath is dirty. There are many heat dissipation aluminum membranes in the area where the low-temperature constant temperature bath can absorb air after operation. Check if they are dirty, and if they are, clean them and blow them with nitrogen gas.
3、 If the medium vapor is too low or too high, the cold water in the air will enter the ring after a period of use, thicken at low temperatures, and the cold amount cannot dissipate, resulting in a temperature drop. If the ring is thick, unable to flow properly or freezes at low temperatures, it needs to be replaced.
